starts and stalls after a few seconds

2000 Plymouth neon 2.0 -car starts and stalls after a few seconds then starter wont engage after the car stalls unless you let the car sit for awhile or disconnect the battery for a minute check starter fuel pump and all fuses and relays

All the fuses are good and the coil plugs and wires are all new any ideas?
