Why won't my Breeze start?

Car died out while driving, lost power and died. Changed fuel filter and pump. Timing is rite on, have spark and fuel. Checked fuses and relays. Turns over but won't fire. Not giving off any trouble codes.

Put a scanner on it, check live engine data, need something to go on? Check if the system is rich or lean. What is the fuel pressure spec?

Put a code reader on it got nothing. How do I check how rich or lean? Fuel pessure is supposed to b 120 and up, when it was checked was low, so I started there with changing the filter and pump.

My info says 46--50 psi, key on engine off, for fuel pressure. Do you have an injector pulse?

Ok have pulse on injectors when connected to pos of battery. Nothing when grounded.

Also checked ground to engine, altenator, PCM, etc. Grounded good

There should be voltage to the injector, engine cranking, dark green wire with orange tracer, any voltage?

Got 10.12 to 10.28 volts when grounded to exhaust.

use a noid light to see if there is a pulse, engine cranking. At the moment, I can't tell if you have an injector pulse. The computer controls the ground for injectors. If you add a little starter fluid to the intake does it try to hit? There are safety issues with any flammable spray. Safety is your responsibility. I usually take the air duct loose from throttle body, open throttle valve, spray just a little, stand back away from engine, have helper crank. If it tries to hit, I think you have a fuel issue.
