2000 Plymouth Breeze heat over rpms

2000 PLYMOUTH BREEZE

At an idle the car blows cold air but at 2000 or more rpms it blow nice hot air. I flushed the cooling system with a garden hose and changed the thermostat any idea I'm lost.

P.S. I have a 95 trooper with the same problem

So are both heater hoses getting too hot to hold when it reaches normal operating temp

Iam asking at idle if one hose is too hot to hold and other maybe warm?if so you have a restricted heater core.
