Fan blower & heater

MY 306 fan has stopped workin. It used to work sometimes then just stopped altogether. Aswel as that the heating has stopped also so only gives out cold air. How shud i fix this?

Start by directing battery voltage to the blower motor from the battery and see if it turns on.If it does-start checking the AC/Heater fuse, blower relay, blower switch, and lower resistor-HVAC control module.
