temp needle goes to 95

I traveled just 3km in traffic and temp needle goes to 95 and when i turn engine off.and only on ignition key radiator fan starts and temp increase to 100.wt shall i do?

Radiator fan start when engine of after 3km , wait til fan stops r switch of key.to stop fan?

engine normally heats up before cooling off. how long does it take for the fans to turn off??

from your description, i would just change it out and flush the system

The temperature gauge approach almost 100 degrees when I drive in a traffic or 140 to 160 km/h for 10 min. Replaced tension, timing belt, thermostat water pump and put in new antifreeze?
