the engine is very hot needle around 95 just for 5km

i have checked tailpipe some water drop at mrng time only in rainy atmosphere.and engine cap has some oil and coolant is also normal with same level.check the engine oil also its normal.but some drops of engine oil leakage below the engine.why engine is heating alot.i dnt undrstnd.please help me.

Check the thermostat. Is the upper hose hot and lower hose cool to touch?
