Does a 2000 olds Silhouette have a heater control valve

Im loosing heat it gets really cold but wasnt for sure if these vans have a heater control valve and if so where is I located

The heater control valve is normally attached to the heater hose-also check the air blend door-Have you checked the thermostat?

Yes I have changed today thermostate water pump and flushed out heater core

You have a blend air door on this vehicle, not a heater control valve.

Near heater core in the HVAC box.

No heater control valve. Blend door only. Is it full of coolant, is the thermostat stuck, air in system, heater core clogged. You need to do a lot more checks.
