heater starts for about 15 min than shut off

heater goes on for 15 mins than it shut-off till it cools it start agian than off agian

Are you referring to the blower motor? If so, when it stops running, check to see if there is power to the motor. IF there isn't, check the blower motor relay. Switch it with one with the same part number to see if it works again. Relays are under the hood.

heater panel lights up heater start than all heater panel shut-off everything for heat shut-off

It sounds like the head unit may be bad.
