2000 Oldsmobile Bravada Rearview Mirror

The rearview mirror fell down yesterday & it's hanging by it's navigating like cord so I cannot get the metal button out so that I can clean it, apply the adhesive & attach it back into place. I am also sending a picture for viewing. THANK YOU AND HAVE A BLESSED ONE!!

there should be a torx or allen screw holding the metal piece to the mirror

your pictures didn't come through. thescrew will be on themirror part not the metal

OK I will double check tommorow, but I did not see it & I know what to do except this is the first time in any of the vehicles that There is a navagational cord I am use to OLD SCHOOL, Alley it.
