2000 Oldsmobile Bravada Intermittently Idles 1500 1600 Rpm Replaced Iac Motor

my Bravada intermittently idles at 1500 to 1600 rpm. I have replaced the IAC motor, cleaned the throttle body and checked the minimum air flow setting, there are no fault codes in the system and I have checked the TPS with a scanner, a DVOM and an anologue volt meter. Any suggestions?

what was the minimum or base idle???

check for vacuum leaks. common for high idle conditions
