2000 Nissan Wingroad engine,fan and electrical

The fan doesn't rotate all the time and is interminent, the speed sometimes cannot exceed 20kph, the engine overheats almost immediately..the dashboard indicates a 'check engine signal'...n.b..i took the car for a diagnosis and it showed problems with the throttle sensor. pliz help

if you had it scanned you need to start fixing the problem that is coded. as far as the fans. check fuses and relay underhood on this first.if they are ok then actually power up the fan to see if it works or not then you'll hav eto go from there like checking coolant switch etc.also check the grounds which may be near the radiator or where fan is mounted . also you can have up to 3 relays in this vehicle. we don't have any inof on wiring schematics for this car as it's not in u.s.
