My car is Sunny 200 model manual transmission, when I change to 5th gear sound coming. Please let us know is it will be repaired by changing some damaged parts? Or whole transmission to be changed?. And also very little oil spraying out from inside the Delco. Please suggest me

check trans fluid level may be low but if making noise it may be a bearing we don't have that model in U.S. so we have no info onit.
