Do I need to replace my heater/ac control assembly?

My AC/HEATER Blower fan speeds 1 and 2 stopped working a few weeks ago. Then about a week ago, speed 3 stopped working. Now only speed 4 is working. I'm fairly certain that the control assembly needs to be replaced with those symptoms. Do you concur?

Check and replace the blower motor resister.

Yes, symptoms indicates a failed blower motor resistor and not the control assy.
