2000 Nissan Maxima Just Infromed This Car Had Timing Belt Replaced That

was just infromed this car hasn't had a timing belt replaced!!!
is that possibly correct? if not....please advise...thanks j ray

Engine is timing chain driven which is maintenance free and requires no replacement unless you have excessive noise at startup and indicating worn chains.
