Hi someone is selling a 2000 nissan maxima itbruns and drives but have a lifter noise is it expensive to fivx. And is this car worth buying

You should go get a quote on replacing the lash adjusters and get the cams checked for wear, I would recommend getting a mechanic to give the car a good looking over first hand, if the seller is genuine, they should not have an issue this this, you do not want to be buying someone else's headache.
