Hello I put a new air control valve and a new pcm and the car is still running the same. For example the rpms are still going up and down up and down and when you give the car gas it shuts off. I was just wondering if you guys could help me solve the problem thanks

Try cleaning throttle plate on both sides and iac hole with choke cleaner then check your fuel pressure with a gauge. Here are two guides to help us fix the issue.

and

Please run down these guides and report back.

I just bought a 99 altima. It sat 4 months b4 I got it. It had 2 be cranked for a bit b4 it started. Once it started it was idling fine then all of a sudden it started to barely idle. It stalls when u first start it but once you give it gas it will stay idling. I would like 2 know if in fact it does sound like the Idle control valve and if so where would it be located on the engine?

Try cleaning it out and adjust for minimum air also check and test the throttle position sensor and airflow meter
