changed water pump.afterwards i started the car and it makes a top end like noice like the rockers

do you have to bleed the watwer pump

You do have to bleed the cooling system but if you do have air locks you wont get a noise like noisy lifters, bleed the cooling system and get the oil pressure tested as well, start here.
