It's making a grinding roaring noise once you get up to speed and increases frequency when turning right. I can feel a slight vibration under foot. The noise increases frequency when turning right.
I've change the wheel barrens, cvjoints, upper and lower tie rods, new tires, brakes and disc on front end where the noise is coming from.

After replacement of the parts concerned, was there any changes in the noise?
Did you check if the backing plate is too near the brake rotor and brushing aginst it.

It's more or a roaring noise, like Whon, whon, whon, whon.
I hope this helps. Not a grinding like brakes, etc. Thanks again
