2000 Mitsubishi Galant Car Electrical Looked Fuses Them Burned Out

The car has an electrical problem. I looked at some fuses to see if any of them were burned out. Car starts now but within a few seconds it turns off unless I put my foot on the gas pedal. Everything is as it was before. Unsure as to what happened.
