Have a 2000 mitsubishi eclipse gt 3.0. Diagnostic read front o2 sensor was bad, I replaced it, engine light came back on and diagnostics read rear o2 sensor was out. Should I replace it? Or could it be something else? I recently replace valve cover gaskets, timing belt, water pump, fuel filter, distributor cap and rotor, plugs and plug wires.

Stored troubles codes are merely bits of information that can be used to diagnose a problem. They in no way tell you what is actually wrong and when it comes to 0/2 sensor codes, 75% of them are not caused by the sensors themselves. We would need to exact code number to be any further help.
