my car is taking engine coolent like crazy and my cold air intake has fell off twice now and now my car is idling very bad and when i try to go the car is jumpy and jerky like it gets power then looses it almost like its miss firing like very bad

Start with a cooling pressure test and locate any external coolant leaks and rectify these first, check for head gasket leak as well, start here.
