getting fuel trim bank 1 trouble code

My car keeps giving me a code that says fuel trim bank 1 and i dont know what to do I changed my spark plugs because I heard that could have been a problem please help it dont fill like it misfireing and its at 1000 rpms what should i do

trim codes indicate the engine either running rich or lean, depending on the code. many possibilities including vacuum leaks, mass air flow sensor, fuel pressure issue and pcv valve.
anyway, i would not guess at this as guessing is expensive and usually wrong. it would be cheaper to have it diaged correctly and then decide to fix it yourself or have a shop do it.
