2000 Mercury Villager One Techs Replaced Battery On 99 Villager They Put

One of my techs replaced a battery on a 99 mercury villager. They put it in backwards and turned on the car. Also replaced the fuel filter.

What's the question / problem / symptom? Probably blew a large fuse for the generator, and that fuse might affect other systems too.
