How can I remove my passenger seat?

I need to clean underneath because I let my family borrow my car for traveling and there's smelly and nasty mold under the seat that I would like to clean out ASAP.

You should be able to access the retainer bolts from inside the vehicle. There will be 4 bolts, one at the end of each track.
