2000 Mercury Mountaineer V6. Cold startups idles rough and stalls out in colder weather until engine temperature reaches normal. Afterwards, it seems to run fine.
Is this an Idle Air Control Valve problem? Would cleaning it with carb cleaner help? Exactly where is an IACV located? Do you have any other suggestions?
Thanks
