starts up, drives and shifts fine when engine is cold, but when it warms up, the fan turns/stays on. then i'll accelerate normally and it'll bog down or stumble/hesitate, then shift too early into 2nd gear and continues to upshift early..also have intake manifold cracks, one by thermostat thats leaked around ignition coil and one that leaks into coolant temp sensor..i know i need a new intake manifold but could these leaks be the problem or maybe theres some bad sensors??
-Most appreciated

For this condition when you have a coolant leak you obviously wil not reach operating temperature. or the fuel control temperature, The stumble and hesitating its ignition misfire ,from the coolant leak, I have to say the leaks are the problem
