2000 Mercury Marquis cooling fan keeps blowing fuse

cooling fan runs good for 15 minutes then blows the red 50 watt fuse the big fuse on passenger side fender well like there is a short and I just cannot pin point it and its on my cab so I am losing money every minute it sits I can change the fuse and it blows out again I have changed the fan and fan relay the 50 watt fuse is for the high speed fan

check to see what the amperage draw is on it. also check the things in pic that I've sent it may be a bad relay or poor ground.
