car running hot

i have a 2000 grand marquis and it is running hot, i put antifreeze in and two days later it runs hot again, and it smokes, and the heat is only blowing out cool air what is causing this?

There is air in the heater core, you will have to bleed this air out and get a cooling system pressure test done to check for any external leaks, start here.
