2000 Mercury Sable Inspection Failure

My 2000 Mercury sable failed NJ inspection. Under primary emission test everything passed except MIL command status. Under OBD ststem readiness status onle "evaporation system" was "not ready". Under OBD system code P1237 was listed. What do I do to fix this?
