Wipers at the front windshield are moving very slow

I have this problem since two weeks ago,when I start the car and trying to wipe the windshield wipers are moving really slow maybe the motor it doesn't get enough power or I have to check the fuse could you please help me.

If the wipers are moving, the switch is most likely good. Use a multimeter to check the voltage to the motor. Disconnect the wiring connector to the motor and check the resistance of the motor windings. It should be very close to zero ohms. Tan wire should be ground.
