Its -18 degrese and it has been like this for a few days. I didnt run the truck yesterday but when i went to start it today, it cranked 1 time then all i herd was the clicking every time i turned the key. So i got out my charger and hooked it up. It didnt take long at all to see it at full charge. So i unpluged the charge and tryed to start the truck again. Same thing happened 1 or 2 crank overs and nothing. Do you think my battery is no good any more ?

It sounds like your battery is shot. Get it tested and they will tell you for sure. Cold weather is really hard on batteries.
