While driving the instument cluster lights up and beeps. Beping stops and Brake system lights remain lit. Speedometer and gas gauge doesn't work. Keeps dring fine until stopped then it dosn't seem to have the power to take off.

Since the lights are coming on, I recommend having the computer scanned for trouble codes. It should identify where the problem is coming from. Most parts stores will do it for free.
