CAR WONT GO OVER 20 MPH

I HAVE A MERCEDES AND CHANGED MY 19" WHEELS AND PUT OTHER 19" WHEELS ON IT AND NOW CAR WONT GO OVER 20 MPH. Car was running fine and I parked it for a month due to a wheel leaking air. I changed the wheels on it. Battery had died and I charged it and it started right away. I drove it down the street and car would not go over 25 mph.
