Convertible top leak from around the window when it rains

Rubber seems to be in good condition, no tears or visible wear. Also the latch that locks down the top came apart. The roof is locked down,but the latch with the spring mechanism is not in place. You have to use the rod on each end of the top to lock or unlock the top. How do you re install the latch?

not an easy job. thisis best left to the dealer to make sure nothing is broken, bent or worn out that needs to be replaced.
