Hi mate's just let you know about the model, in your list I can't seem my model and I chaise 230 instead of 200. Okay, so I have multiple problems coming up in same time, my car both is a block, back seat as well lost the horn and bottoms on the steering wheel not working as well, I was been seen some mechanics they check all fuses but all is ok, maybe you can give some answers.

If you have lost steering wheel control functions, you may have a faulty crock spring, this will have to be scanned in the SRS system and checked for codes, the clock spring is the name given to the electrical connection from the steering wheel functions to the main loom, this also control the drivers air bag power supply.
