can I change rims from 250/55r16 to TD230/55ZR390, wheels from a BMW 525e onto a CLK 230 year 2000

To answer your question, no, you can't. The tire will be too short but why on earth would you want to. The factory was installing those metric rims on Fords a few years back and people were throwing them in the dump because you had no choices in tires to go on them. At the time Michelin made the only replacement and they were double the price of everyone else.
