Where is the air injector shut off valve located?

My car has been losing power at take off and shake while stopped and in reverse or drive. I was instructed that it was the shut off valve.

I wenbt through the air injection system and did not find the terminology ofr a, "Shot off valve". However there is a check valve and a pulsed air valve in the air injection system. i gave you diagrams of what they look like and they should be easy to find as you can trace using the system diagram and the pulse valve is located near the top of engine and is large and shown in diagram.
