How do I Replace the Timing Chain Tensioner A140

Can I replace this part without having to drop the engine

You need to drop the engine to do it-

I just got a reply from a retired Mercedes Mechanic who has said that if I remove the Air Intake Housing I can replace the Timing Chain Tensioner without dropping the engine.
