2000 Mercedes Benz A140 Oil Light Keeps Coming On Checked Level Fine Even

My oil light keeps coming on, but I have checked and the level is fine. I even topped it up a bit just to make sure. I had the ignition coil changed on Monday and the problems with the oil light started on Tuesday- not sure if that's coincidence or if there could be a connection?

IT MAY BE A FAULTY SENDER UNIT, YOU WILL HAVE TO GET THE OIL PRESURE TESTED WITH A MECHANICAL GAUGE.
