what do i do to get my smart key to crank my car

we had a huge rain and my car got very wet drains on my sunroof was stopped up, but bigger problem was my smart key we replaced batteries, windows, locks, trunk everything seemed ok until i put my key in my ignition it will not turn i can not crank my car please help me

Check the battery voltage,brake switch and the ignition switch cylinder lock and the shift interlock control system-
