2000 Mercedes Benz 270ml Car Left Over Night Battery Flat Remove Positive Cable

Car when left over night battery goes flat. Remove positive battery cable battery ok starts in morning. Positive lead has 4 cables from removed them as a hole and when you gently touch it onto battery pole you can see its arcing. Removed each cable and it is the red cable (fwd r/h one) that is arcing. Everything is turned off and key removed any ideas.

that needs to be checked by a shop that can trace the circuit to find the failure. no way we can tell you without seeing and touching.
