2000 Mazda b4000 Surging idle

Engine starts right up, but idle surges and may stall until warm--runs great after engine warms up. Engine codes suggest Mass Air, O2 Sensors, EGR. Local shop thinks it could be warped plastic intake?

This issue is so common in the 4.0L from ford. Go this link and see if points you in the right direction. I will add to this the issue with intake also being the fuel rail intake manifold paper gasket (TSB) On this problem.
