2000 Mazda 626 Drivers Side Turn Signals Remain On Even Though Replaced Both

My drivers side turn signals remain on even though I replaced both bulbs. I have checked the turn signal fuse, and disconnected the battery, then reconnected it.

Check the flasher relay.
Do the hazard lights works correctly?
Any difference between left and right signal?
