fuel pump location and replacement?

I have changed the fuel pump and injector rail but the car but the car still loses power i have notice when i disconnect the fuel return line to the thank the car gets its full power and when i connect the line again it loses power again? Is the pump bad?

It is the part that the return hose is attached to.

OK THAT REGULATOR WAS CHANGED WITH THE INJECTOR RACK AND SAME PROBLEM

When return hose was disconnected and ignition turned on, does fuel shoot out momentarily?
Did you test the fuel pressure?

Good continuous fuel pressure of about 65 psi

Is the vacuum for the pressure regulator working correctly?
Is the Malfunction Indicator Light showing and have you checked for trouble codes?

Engine Mechanical problem
1990 Mazda 323 Two Wheel Drive Manual 184000 miles

I own Mazda 323f, and I have one problem that I cant figure out.
My Mazda was of road for about one month, reason is that my fuel pump drop dead on the road and now after one month I replaced the fuel pump and Its working fine but I cant start the engine.
before the problem with the pump engine was excellent it was starting like crazy but now cant.
Engine starts but at 100rpm and after 2 seconds it turns of and I cant find the problem, cables are fine, fuel pump is fine, air system is fine but engine cant start properly can u help me please I don't know what to do

Check the fuel pressure could be the fuel filter and bad new fuel pump or the injectors are not pulsing

how to chek are the injectors pulsing? can the plug sparks be too dirty to start engine?

Did you check the fuel filter could be clogged-up, checking the injector/s listen to it if its clicking

Where is the fuel pump located on a 88 mazda 323 non-turbo? Also, how do you replace one?

Transfer pump

TURBO WITH ALL WHEEL DRIVE
1. Remove filler cap.
2. Remove transfer pump bracket from under vehicle.
3. Disconnect fuel hoses and the transfer pump electrical connector.
4. Remove transfer pump.
5. Reverse procedure to install.

FUEL PUMP
1. Remove rear seat cushion.
2. Disconnect fuel pump connector and remove cover.
3. Disconnect fuel main and return hoses, plugging them to prevent leakage.
4. Remove fuel pump and fuel tank gauge unit assembly.
5. Replace fuel pump.
6. Reverse procedure to install.
