What is wrong with my 2000 lincoln town car at a stop light my dash lights go off radio goes off headlights and parking lights go off please let me know

I have a similar problem that was diagnosed by this forum as being the light control module (lcm). It is under the dash right of the steering wheel. I had a 1999 towncar and the tail lights were out. A new lcm fixed that.

Did your radio make crackling sounds? I forgot to put that in mine. I need to go back and do, but do you remember if the trac control and ABS lights came on? Mine did, but those were the only things. Almost like the alternator was going bad, but no loss of engine power. If you watch the video, I apologize for the language.

It looks like the BCM has gone bad, let's do a CAN scan to confirm the issue, also can you wiggle the ignition switch to see if the problem goes away?
