what does track active mean

once i accelerate to about 70 - 75 mph my car starts to decelerate and i have to pull over and the service engine light will start to blink and then track active will pop up on my screen and once that track active leaves then i can drive again.... its really bad when i try to climb hills.....

Have it scanned for codes and let us know what is found. This can be done for free at many auto parts stores and repair shops.
