autolocks do not engage

A couple weeks ago started to notice as I drive away after getting into my car and driving away my cars autolock does not engage. could this be a fuse or a something? please help

There are two fuses that power the locks. Both are in the fuse panel to the left of the steering wheel. But if you can hit the switches and have the locks operate then the fuses are good.
