lincoln ls 2000 engine runs rough and can smell gas misfire is on right side

I can smell gas at an idel. it runs rough untill you get up to around 40-45 mph. At 65 mph it runs smooth and can still get 22 mpg, but at 35-40 mph about 17 mpg.

2.Inadequate spark/coil,defective spark plug wire.

3.Lack of compression

4.False air leakage.

5.Faulty fuel injectors.
