P0300, P0304, P0305

I am getting P0300, and related specific cylinder codes. I replaced one coil initially, based on the code for that cylinder, but the other codes came on. I flushed the engine oil to desludge. We also used two fuel system cleaner. The codes cleared for a time with the engine flush but it did hesitate while driving. Now the the engine light is on (she is currently on the road) and I think that will turn out to be misfires. So is there
