Hello These warning lights have been coming on intermittantly for a few weeks.
Car seems to drive OK. I would like to address this issue. PLease help in understanding the
issue and help how to diagnose. Thanks.

There's going to be diagnostic fault codes stored in the ABS Computer. Have your mechanic read and record those codes. They never say to replace parts. The codes will identify the circuit that needs further diagnosis, or the unacceptable operating condition.
